CONDUCT AGREEMENT Instructions: Read each guideline below and put your initials in the blanks following. Sign your name at the bottom of the page. After you have signed it, give it to your parent/legal guardian for them to read and sign. DRESS
CODE (TEEN CAMP): Ø I agree to keep my hat/cap/dew rag/crown/turban, etc. off of my head during worship. ________ Ø I agree to wear pants and a nice shirt or T-shirt, or a decent dress to the evening service. ________ Ø In general, I agree to wear clothing that is modest in nature, understanding that this eliminates see-through shirts, shirts that come above my waist-band, short dresses or skirts, shirts/caps with alcohol or tobacco advertisements, and shirts/ caps with crude, suggestive pictures or lingoes on them. Decent shorts are allowed during times other than the evening Worship Service. ________ GENERAL
BEHAVIOR: Ø I agree to QUIETLY STAY IN MY DORM between the hours of 11:00 pm – 6:00 am. ________ Ø I agree to respect all camp properties by not littering and by not spraying the outside or inside of the buildings with shaving cream, paint, silly string, or ANY other substance. ________ Ø I agree to assist in clean up of dining hall area, game room, and dorm rooms. ________ Ø I agree to use the Ropes Course ONLY when authorized, trained workers are present. ________ Ø I agree to attend all scheduled services, activities, and meals throughout the week. ________ Ø I agree to refrain from showing signs of affection (public or private) to my boyfriend/girlfriend. ________ Ø I agree to respect the privacy of other campers and stay out of the dorms of the opposite sex. ________ Ø I agree to turn in ANY medication to the camp nurse upon arrival. ________ Ø I agree to keep Hilltop Camp free of illegal drugs, alcohol, ANY form of tobacco, knives, guns, bombs, skateboards, fireworks, hand-held electronic games, or secular music during the week of camp. ________ Because
I have read the Conduct Agreement, I understand what is expected of me during
Hilltop Teen Camp. I may not agree
with all of these rules, but I agree to abide by these rules during the week of
camp so that it will run smoothly for all present.
I understand that if I break these rules by even packing “illegal” items that I am choosing to face the consequences. I also understand that Hilltop Camp is a Christian
camp, and that these rules have been established to help my conduct be one that
reflects Christ. My signature below
