Q:   How do I get my photos back when I send them to Serafim Enterprises to get scanned? 
A:   The price of stationary and postage will be included in the final price of the job.

Q:   How long will it take for my pictures to be E-mailed to me? 
A:   It takes on average one day from the time we receive your pics in the mail to the time we E-mail your scanned pics to you.

Q:   Can I receive my pictures on any other medium? 
A:   Yes...we can put your pics on a high density disc.or a CD if you would prefer.

Q:   What choice of formats are available? 
A:   The JPEG (jpg) format is the best format in which to scan and transfer photography for use on the internet. The Gif format utilizes only 256 colors, and is best for artwork, business forms, and anything else that uses less than 256 colors. most people prefer the JPEG format but we can save the pics in many other formats (just E-mail us with your request)

Q:   How much does it cost?
A:   Scanning at 72dpi (web quality) .75c
        Scanning at 300dpi (print quality) $1.50
Photo editing, compositing color correction etc: most jost jobs are different so email in your request and you will have an answer within 24 hours.
