The electro-acoustic pianist Tomoko Yazawa fuses cross-cultural contemporary and techno music with its classical roots in a cutting-edge multi-media performance stimulating both sight and sound. Yazawa plays serious contemporary music creating a sound spread which extends to technopop by video projections into three diemensional space.
Music by Hirokazu Hiraishi, Richard Tsang, David Lang and Carolyn Yarnel. Video works by Haruo Higuma, Warren Leung and Eric Wenger. Sound design and produced by Tomoko Yazawa
