café, In
Season, is a combination dessert café and
dessert teaching school. Our main strategy is to create a
saccharine environment which is full of love. We hope to bring
warmth to our customers and let them know how to ‘make’
happiness. In this way, we don’t intend to be just a café, but
also a school teaching expert desserts.
It is the
purpose of this business plan to lay the foundations of the
café’s vision, philosophy and strategy to our principal
investors and to align the various elements to create a
coherent system of sustainable customer satisfaction and
profits.

crowded Mongkok near to the MTR station. The street is limited
for pedestrians at dusk and holidays. There are numerous shops

drink shop. They are famous and the district is always full of

something to eat or drink. We can provide them a nice place to
enjoy their life and there are no other particular café can

and Microsoft Access to provide our business plan and
menu, bookkeeping, financial accounts and Membership
database.
We have built
up a website by FrontPage. We upload our café’s meal and other
information (e.g. course information, course
application forms, booking submissions, information of
festival parties etc.)

We will
introduce some new dessert or drinks with alcohol. It will be
an extra taste.
