Asking Sample
The sample cost and shipping cost of sample is pay by customer.
The sample cost will refund to customer when order is confirm.

Taking order
After customer take order, we will charge 30% of total value deposit for the manufacturer to begin the production.
And the remaining 70% will charge when the order is begin to delivery.

Product sourcing
If customer can not find suitable product in our web site.
The customer can send the product photo to us. We can try to find the similar product with quotation.
And the charge was free.
