Register A Horse

If you'd like to register a horse with the HLQHA please carefully review both the eligibility page and the rules page. If your horses meet all of the requirements, please then send the following registration information along with a check for the appropriate amount to Liberty. An e-mail will be sent to you shortly with your registration numbers. Registration requests sent without checks will be deleted.

Registration Fees
$10 per horse for lifetime registration
$50 per owner for lifetime registration rights

  • A list of players currently permitted to register horses is at the bottom of this page. If your name is not on that list, please send your $50 with your registrations and your name will be added. This membership was also carried over from the old HLQHA.
