In the Name of God Amen I Calib Pitts being of Sound and desposing mind
and Memroy but weak in body and calling to mind the uncertainty of life
and being desoious to despose of all Such worldly Estate as it hath
pleased God to bless me with do mack and order this my last will in the
maner following that is to say, it is my will and desire that my dearley
beloved Abna Pitts shall have one horse colt and that my dearly beloved
Jackson Pitts shall have one horse out of my Estate when he comes to the
age of twenty one and my will is that my dearly beloved wife Jane Pitts
shall have one negro boy named Larkin and the money that is coming from
hur Grandmothers Estate for ever and one negro Girl cald Katy during hur
natural life or wider hood and allso this land I want my dearly beloved
wife to have during hur life and after death as above mentioned I want
to come back to my Estate and after hur death if she should die with out
an heir I want all of my Estate to be Equally devided between Abner
Pitts and Jackson Pitts after my Just debts is Paid and my will is that
my Executor have the power of Selling of my property. I want one negro
buoy name pomp and all the Rest of my personal Estate and lastly I do
Constitute and appoint my Dearly Beloved Samuel Waldrop my Executor of
this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other and former
wills and testaments by me here to fore made in testimony where of I
have here unto set my hand and affix my seal this fifth of October Anno
domini 1829
