License application 20 Sep 1804.
1808 ---Wife Dower release signed 15 Feb 1808 when Isaac sold to Jno. Pitts 12
acres part of 250 tract bought by James Waldrop father from Roger Pinckey, Pro.
Marshall 6 Jun 1765 [1785?], Original grant to Charles Carson.
1817 --- Laurens Co., SC. Deed Book "K" p. 212. Isaac Waldrop of
Newberry District bourht 232 acres on branches of the Saluda River on Walnut
Creek.
1818 --- 14 Jan Deed Book "Q" p. 401 Newberry Co., SC. Isaac Waldrop
to Wm. Anderson 27 acres, part of 124 acres given to Elisha Waldrop, dec'd in
last wil and testament of James Waldrop, dec'd and conveyed by Elisha Waldrop
to the said Isaac Waldrop by deed 2 Feb 1809. Bounded by lands of Wm. Anderson,
Charles Griffin, Wm. Mangum, Dower, JENNY Waldrop...
1818 --- 14 Jan Deed Book "Q" p. 454 Newberry Co., SC. Isaac Waldrop
to Wm. Mangum 71.5 acres given by my father James Waldrop, dec'd. land located
on Carson's Creek a branch of Little River bounded by lands of John Pitts, Wm.
Mangum and others.....
1827 --- Fayette Co., GA. 2 miles from Fayetteville on lower Morning Creek near
Flint River. Drew 2 lots in the Cherokee Purchase of North GA.
1830 --- Census Fayette Co., GA. Received Deed on Saluda River & Walnut Creek,
1835 --- No Estate papers.
He was married to Jeanne DAVIDSON (daughter of
Thomas * DAVIDSON and Sarah FREEMAN) on 16 Oct 1804 in
Newberry Co., S.C.. Jeanne DAVIDSON was born in
1780 in Newberry Co., S.C.. She died in 1871 in Fayette Co., GA.. She was buried
in Bottoms Family Cem., Fayette Co., GA.. Isaac WALDROP and Jeanne DAVIDSON
