Info: Former Commander of FOXHOUND. Although retired, he was called back to active duty as operation commander because only he knows Solid Snake.
Name: Naomi Hunter
Info: Chief of FOXHOUND's medical staff and in charge of gene therapy, she works along with Campbell to provide support for Snake.
Name: Mei Ling
Info: Operator in charge of communication data processing for this operation, she invented the Codec communications and radar that Snake uses.
Name: Master Miller
Info: FOXHOUND's former survival teacher, he provides Snake support by Codec.
Name: Natasha Romanenko
Info: A freelance military analyst, she provides support to Snake as a specialist in nuclear technology.
A Special Forces unit formed to deal with local insurgencies, regional conflicts, and counter-terrorism. They're a shadow uniu employed secretively in politically sensitive operations where the overt introduction of military assets would be otherwise impossible.

Info: A man with the same face as Snake, he's FOXHOUND's battle leader. He's the mastermind behind the terrorist attack.

Info: An expert with handguns and a sadist with a penchant for torture, this member of FOXHOUND is also a formidable gunfighter.
Name: Vulcan Raven
Info: A giant shaman with strong spiritual powers, this FOXHOUND member is blessed with a powerful body, which is resistant to extreme cold.
Name: Sniper Wolf
Info: A brilliant sniper, this member of FOXHOUND can wait in sniping position for up to a week without moving a muscle.
Name: Psycho Mantis
Info: A former member of the KGB's Psychic Intelligence, this FOXHOUND member has powerful telekinetic and mind-reading abilities.
Name: Decoy Octopus
Info: A master of disguise utilizing cutting edge special effects techniques. Although it's known that he's a member of FOXHOUND, little else is known about this man.
