    Astronaughts crash land on a strange world ruled by apes. After recouperating from being shot in the throat, Taylor befriends Dr. Zira and her husband, Cornellius, who are amazed by his speech and thinking, help him escape. It is then that he realized that he has been home all along.

    Brent crash lands on the planet looking for Taylor and the rest of the crew. He finds Nova who takes him to Zira and Cornellius and eventually to the place Taylor is last seen. They find a civilization of mutants who worship a nuclear bomb. When the Apes invade, Taylor decides to put an end to all of the fighting.

    Cornellius and Zira escaped the planet on Taylor's ship before the planet blew up. They are eventually accepted with open arms to the public until the humans realize what the future holds for them. So Zira and Cornellius flee to protect themselves and their baby.

    The prophacy of Cornellius and Zira is beginning to come true: cats and dogs are dead, apes have taken their place, and now they are being turned into slaves.     Ceasar is now the leader of a civilization of apes and humans. General Aldo wants Ceasar out of the way so that he can lead the apes and kill all of the humans. Meanwhile, a group of humans who survived the nuclear bombing of the city are planning an attack on ape city.
