Meet the Parents
Ben Stiller is still at it, bringing big laughs to the big screen as he butts heads with Robert De Niro in "Meet the Parents."
For Greg Focker (Stiller), he is convinced he has met the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with. However, when Greg learns how well Pam's (Teri Polo) parents loved her sister's fiance asking their permission, he decides there's no time like the present to meet the parents.
Things though are different for Pam, the first born to an overprotective father, as Jack (De Niro) is about to give the already nervous Greg nothing short of a hard time. This unfortunately doesn't fair well with Greg as bumbles through a weekend of pure disaster that only spirals downward to horrific and hilarious depths.
A terrific piece of comedic film making, teamed up with a great script and collection of actors, the only downfall of the film is the constant reference to and implied vulgar language with Greg's last name.

The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, as are the extras.
