Mr. Baseball
Jack Elliot (Tom Selleck), once a Major League Most Valuable Player, still hangs onto the Major
Leagues with determination and a great love for the game. Unfortunately, the game is losing
its love for him, and in a last ditch effort to keep him in the game, he finds himself
traveling to Japan. Here he finds fame as the latest American great to join Japan baseball
and is labeled "Mr. Baseball." However the game he loves so much, seems a far cry from what
he finds himself walking into.
Now trying to escape the world he has found himself trapped within, the harder he tries to pull
away, the stronger he is driven to give all that he can for the love of the game and for the
love of a woman.
A fun and entertaining movie, it could ease up on the language, but overall proves to be an
inspiring movie and a real hit that all will enjoy.
Parental Note: Language, Adult Situations

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the
movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are no extras.
