Mystery Men

It's a disc, it's a movie, it's "Mystery Men" on DVD. Direct from the pages of Dark Horse comics to the big screen, to your video screen, come the misadventures of seven wannabe superheros. Together they take everything you know and love about your favourite superheros, combine it together into one great mass... and then just toss it out the window.

Insanely hilarious, this menagerie of misfits take on evil lurking in the city's shadows, and though never winning, the local residents can rest easy knowing Captain Amazing (Greg Kinner) will always arrive to save the day. However, not triumphant against all evils, fame, fortune and commercial greed have him caught in their limelight, leading him captive into the conniving clutches of Casanova Frankenstein.

Now it is up to seven brave wash-ups to become the heros they think they are, taking us on a quirky comedy ride of superhuman proportions. A not-to-be-missed movie staring such famous faces as Ben Stiller, Janeane Garofalo, Hank Azaria, William H. Macy, Greg Kinner, Geoffery Rush, and Paul Reubens this is dumb fun at its best, sure to get some super laughs and deliver a super good time.
