June ForayBorn September 18, in Springfield, Massachusetts.Wracking your brain trying to think whose voice this one is? The voice is perhaps the most recognizeable feature as June has been the voice of "Granny" in the long running and hugely successful Bugs Bunny (Sylvester and Tweety) series of cartoons for Warner brothers (the earliest I could find was 1953)! She has provided the voice of Granny in the numerous movies such as the recent Space Jam. 
She also created the character of Rocky the flying Squirrel in the cartoon series' of Rocky and Bullwinkle. She played most of the female characters in the shows as well as bringing Rocky to cult status as a cartoon star!
She also provided the meowing voice of Lucifer:the Cat in Cinderella (Disney 1950), and both a Mermaid and a Squaw in Disney's Peter Pan.  Get your own Free Home Page |
