Ekin was a kind, gentle, young gentleman who parents died at his birth. He was raised by his mother's maid, though not knowing that she is not his real mother. During his 20^th birthday, Ekin decided to leave home to find a job in town since his village could no longer support his family's living (heavy tax). Together with his best friend, he began his new life in a world that was so different and there, he met many new people and enemies. He also discovered his real identity and the murderers of his parents.

This was the first TV drama series that Ekin was the main character. Ekin was a rich young gentle man who was a talented artist. He fell in love with a singer (Nadia Chan) and the basic story was about their relationship. The plot was set in the 1930s' in Shang Hai.

Ekin was raised by his teacher and of course he was the teacher's favorite and it was not because he was a teacher's pet. He was cute, smart and wild, it was quite different to the shy, serious, gentle characters he's been playing in his other drama series. Once, his teacher, his love, and his friends were all butchered as they were trying to protect him from the so called 'goodies'. Ekin did not understand why they rather die than to give him up to the enemies and because of this, he set out to find out his identity and the people who framed him which lead to the death of his loved ones. At the end, Ekin found out that he was really the long lost prince and the reason why everyone was trying to kill him was because the present king was afraid that one day Ekin would take back his rightful position as the king of China.

Finally a story set in the 90's. This was another drama about romance. Once again Ekin, who was a painter, fell in love with Nadia Chan (again). But not long they have been together, another guy liked her and set up a plan to frame Ekin. This lead Nadia breaking up with Ekin and no matter what Ekin said about being innocent, she would not believe him. Isn't love about trust? Once, he tried to tell her that it was the guy she was going out with that framed him and that he was really using her, but of course she would not listen and slapped him across the face! (Poor Ekin). At the end, Ekin forgave her and they got back together.

The only drama series that Ekin and Maggie Sui was together. Ekin had extremely short hair, but still cute, and was a very righteous and honest cop. He fell in love with Maggie (of course) who was a lawyer. From the title, you probably would have guessed that this was a story about cops and robbers. Throughout the story, Ekin tried to capture the big criminal, but was framed by him and forced to go to jail. Luckily, they found evidence to prove that Ekin was innocent and he was set free. Finally, at the end, Ekin captured the criminal and he and Maggie lived happily ever afterwards. PIC1, PIC2

This drama series, not a very long one as it only consisted of 15 episodes, was set in the Ching dynasty and Ekin was an assassin. Ekin was very skilled and once, when he was doing his job, he met a girl who fell in love with him. But unfortunately Ekin already liked someone else. At the end, Ekin killed his enemy (there was always one in these kind of stories) and the woman he loved died. A fairly sad ending, as Ekin was all by himself, he didn't even get together with the other girl who loved him. PIC1, PIC2, PIC3, PIC4

One of my favorites because I believed that Ekin has done a marvelous job in his character, I have never seen him act so naturally and professionally. Ekin was wild, cute young man who grew up in the mountains. He lived with his father (who was not his real father, but someone who had loss his memories 20 years ago when he was pushed off a cliff with Ekin in his arms). Because Ekin lived in a fairly isolated area, he was very innocent and knew nothing about the outside world. When finally, he left the mountains, he discovered that the outside world was exciting but dangerous at the same time. Ekin struggled between love, friendship and his people and realized that his life would be happier if he didn't leave the mountains. At the end, every one died and Ekin was left alone by himself. A very sad ending.

Another story set in the 90's. Ekin was a young man who had just came back from overseas. Nadia Chan who was in love with him since they were young found out that Ekin already had another girl friend called Fione. Ekin was convinced that he never loved Nadia, but after she reminded him of his promises that he would marry her when he came back from his studies, he felt really guilty. As the story continued, Ekin faced many problems in his love life, but at the end, he marry the one he loved most and that was Nadia. A very happy ending. PIC1, PIC2, PIC3, PIC4
