Nice entry that's gifted with the ability to pick itself up just when it seems ready to march down bromide avenue. Boston Common is evidently held together by Anthony Clark whose Southern boy charm diffuses the horrendous moments that threaten to blow the show apart. With a frail plot, look for it to head nowhere fast.
