Heirborne is another great Christian band rising up from the hills of
Kentucky. Following in the footsteps of groups such as Audio Adrenaline and
Bleach, these kids are out rocking for the Rock of Ages. The band began to
form in 1995 when Chris Caudill and Chris Paul first started writing songs
together. With the absence of a drummer and a lead guitarist creating voids in
their music, the thought of being in a "real" band was put off until the
summer of 1997. That is when Mike Johnson, an ex-marine from Virginia, started
attending Faith Baptist Bible Church with "the Chris's". His lead guitar
skills and astounding back-up vocals added a piece of what the band had always
needed. Three months later the group added Craig Edford, a 17 year old
drummer, and the band was complete and ready to begin its service to the Lord.
With prayer and faith in the Lord, Heirborne is expecting to have its first
indie release CD out sometime during first quarter 1998.
