Paradigm Lost as featured on HM Mag's Nov/Dec 1998 compilation CD is a Christian ambient/industrial band with two CD's out. Their new enhanced CD "Human" is getting a lot of attention and their old CD "Progressive Revelation" is nearly sold out. The ambient/industrial music of PARADIGM LOST reflects the common journey or quest in the lives of the band members to find purpose and meaning in life. In this journey, they express growth despite stages of accepting institutionalized religion & morals, progressing through stages of chaos and denial, then to deeper spiritual maturity. In their songs they relay their perpetual state of learning & maturing. Many conservative folks are tempted to judge hastily at the disturbing, almost schitzophrentic lyrics & music that PARADIGM LOST often write... But that's what you get when a group of people get together that take upon themselves an explorer's journey of faith. Each member of the band PARADIGM LOST are questioners and truth addicts. Each have always asked that listeners listen with honest, reflective ears and allow themselves to identify with the emotions conveyed - that is, if they are human enough. Many have enjoyed the music of PARADIGM LOST, identifying with and appreciating the intensity, variety, sincerity and emotion displayed by the band. Their CD's, Human and Progressive Revelation, are now available for mail order or at their live shows.

Paradigm Lost is:

Shane Matsumoto---Shane is the executive producer/engineer of PARADIGM LOST's recording projects. He writes most of the lyrics and drum programming. Shane is the lead vocalist, playes the sax on several tracks as well as the moog, harmonica, and various odd instruments - he basically makes a lot of noise on the albums.

Joe Liedtke---Joe has done nearly all the keyboard and piano sounds on all the PARADIGM LOST albums. Joe contributed lyrically and vocally as well as making all the songs come alive with his fresh and creative ideas.
Jeff McDonald---Jeff played live with PARADIGM LOST before officially joining the band. His contribution on the next album will be playing bass and songwriting.

Corey Fletcher---Corey is the newest member of PARADIGM LOST on drums.

Ian Baird---Ian did all the drums and guitars for the Human album. Ian also arranged most of the music on that CD as well as contributing vocally.
