1. Steal Their Name and Meet Them In Court

Firstly you name your band of Five - 5ive. Well its not illegal because their name is Five, but if they want to argue thats fine, they can take you to court and guss what?! You get to meet them there! If this doesn't work we recommend naming yourself Five instead, although this way you could get into trouble because that would be illegal.
