CHAPTER TWO - INSPIRATION .... note a very short chapter but don't worry chapter 3 makes up for it! "Rain fell do-own...." "NO STOP! Not good enough, you didn't even nearly get that note right!" Mrs. Glance shouted over at Amrit who stood out the front on the stage singing. Amrit slumped her arms, how many times was she going to have to do this first line? Scott walked into the room and Mrs. Glance smiled suddenly and headed over to him. "Keep singing Amrit dear." Amrit sighed, not infront of HIM!! She thought in despair. "Amrit singing?" Mrs. Glance repeated glancing over at the stage. Loz laughed a little then to tone the mood a little started singing instead. "How about this sing now Mrs. Glance," She said jerking another tape into the player and pressing play. "We're so friendly to the better looking guys!" Amrit felt like kicking Loz, how could she do that to her? "Watching the wiggle...." Amrit added feeling like dying and turning bright red as Scott turned and winked and laughed at them. Mrs. Glance stormed over to the stereo CD/tape player and flicked the switch. "Girls I said the first one now do it NOW!! Amrit dear?!" Mrs. Glance was annoyed by this point and Amrit decided to start to sing right away. "Rain fell down, you were there...." "Terrific!" Mrs. Glance yelled out. "Wicked!" Scott added Maggie at his side sticking to him like a magnet. Amrit beamed through her embarrassment and Loz smiled then seeing Maggie by Scott's side. Amrit raised her eyebrows then gave Loz a weak smile. "If you got the feelin'....jump up to the ceiling...." Sean and Abs grinned at each other, this song was great. J smiled over at them too he clapped his hands proudly. "How about we wave our arms when we say that part and how about we put pour hands in the air when we do the jump up to the ceiling part?" Sean suggested. "Great idea!" Abs said waving his hands up, "Like this?!" "Don't be silly Abs!" Sean said through laughter and slapped Abs on the back, "I'll do it mesel Like this!" Sean showed them how to do it, they had to admit it was a great idea but he did it so lazily and slopily. "liven up Sean lad!" Sean rolled his eyes. "I'm tired plus I have Rugby tomorrow!" Abs and J turned to each other rolling their eyes. "Yeah like thats the reason Mr. Lazy!" A head popped through the hall door, it was Mrs. Conlon and Jemma. Jemma ruished in a put her arms around Sean. Abs smiled what a cutie and J even added. "Hey Jemma cutie girlie!" Jemma beamed and curtseyed politely at them happily. "Ooh I love this song lads, its great, brilliant!" "Baby when....when what Ritchic, tell me!" "When....when...." Amrit walked in to turn the hall lights off as she had been ordered as she had been the last one left in the classroom as per usual. She flicked the switch not noticing that there were people still in there. "The lights went out!" "What? When the lights went out? Are you being sick or something Scott?" Ritchie said emerging from the storeroom. "NOOOOOO! The lights have gone out! Hey! Whoevers there, jokes over turn them back on please!" Ritchie stumbled into the nearby microphone then into the drums set. Amrit and Loz walked away from the hall noticing a faint noise from inside the hall. "Robbers? No?!" Amrit said shaking her head. "Shall we check Amrit?!" Loz said looking worriedly at her best friend. Amrit regained her usual strength and looked bravely at the door. "Okies lets go girlie!!" Amrit said going to open the door but being greeted by people coming out first. "Amrit, hi, sorry did I walk into you, some idiot shut the lights on us practicing!" Scott cried out looking annoyed. Amrit smiled, he actually knew her name, oh, she thought suddenly probably because he was dating Maggie. "Oops that was...." "ME!!" Loz said quickly, she didn't want Amrit to be embarrassed then she viewed Ritchie. "It was us she means, we are silly but we thought nobody was in there!" "Well you should have checked then shouldn't you have!" Ritchie said not seeing who it was or recognising the sweet voices. "Oh Amrit, Loz sorry, I thought it was...." "Maggie?! Gosh Ritchie you are so infuriating sometimes!" Scott said not even calling his best mate by his playful name Ritchic and storming off. Ritchie gave them a silly look then followed Scott out. "Sorry girlies, hes a little well you know how some people get when they're tired hey!" Ritchie added in a silly and totally funny voice. Amrit laughed a little but Loz stood mesemerised. "what are you looking at Lozzy wozzy?" Amrit said turning around, it was Ryan, of course, how could Amrit have been so silly. "i think I'll go and get that German textbook after all Lozzy, I'll be right back!" Amrit said getting away from the (budding) couple as soon as possible to leave them alone to get to know each other just that little bit better. NOTE TO LOZZY: HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED THAT 'N SYNC SAY YOU'RE ALL I EVER WANTED BABY, I NEVER NOTICED THE BABY BEFORE! PEARL CHAPTER 3 - SHOWING OFF.... "Okies to start again Ritchie, baby when the...." Scott continued with their practice unsmiling and not calling Ritchie Ritchic. "....lights went out....no how about go out?" "Baby when the lights go out every single word cannot express the tenderness....no we need something inbetween, the something and tenderness...." "Great the kiss and no love!" "Cool!" "Wicked!" "Baby when the lights go out every single word cannot express the love and tenderness!" They sang tilting their heads and jumping around. Scott was happy again. "Well seems those girlies were great then, they really helped us when we thought they wer being annoying!" "Correction you thought they were being annoying Ritchic/e!" (hmm what will he call Ritchie, I can't decide, help me out here, Loz?!) Scott was joking but there was an element of seriousness about him and he looked a little dark and annoyed still. "okay okay, it was me Scott happy and Maggie, shes just the best, okay, is that okay Scott?" Scott threw the papers down in disgust, Ritchie was being sarcastic, he stormed out of the hallway and straight into Amrit. "My books, my notes!!" Amrit cried out all her notes went tumbling out of her folder as she had not secured them very well! okies not at all! "I'm sorry Amrit, here you go, sorry I have to go, I'm in a huge rush sorry again Amrit." Scott getherd the sheets up messily and passed them to Amrit rushing away after he did so. Ritchie stood at the door frowning then helped Amrit to sort out all of her sheets out again. Loz and Ryan walked back across the oval and back to them to help Amrit as well. TO BE CONTINUED.... IS RITCHIE WRONG ABOUT MAGGIE? WILL RITCHIE AND SCOTT REGAIN THEIR STRONG FRIENDSHIP? ARE LOZ AND RYAN OFFICIAL GOING OUT? WHENS THEIR FIRST DATE? IS AMRIT GOING TO SPEND ALL HER LIFE DOTING ON SCOTT? (DUH SHE ALREADY DOES!) DON'T WORRY SHES NOT THAT PATHETIC REALLY GIRLIES! (HEHEHEHE!!) WAIT FOR MORE OF PEARL SOON.... TO ALSO FIND OUT....
