That's me Jackie Beth, aka. Bethne! I'm pleased to meet you, and to welcome you to my Holy Grail Designs site. Website design and computer graphics are my favorite past time, so I hope you enjoy browsing through my pages. I will be updating, so visit me frequently to see what is new.

About Me!

Born September 28, 1958; I am working on forty-three years of life. I am currently enrolled in a Graduate School of Social Work Program. Social work is my cause, and just like everybody needs a doctor and an attorney in the family, I believe every family needs a social worker too. I care about my family, my friends, my community, my nation, and the world in which we all live in. I love animals and feed all the cats in the neighborhood. I have five cats that share my home with me, and they are allowed to come and go as they please. In exchange for food, shelter, and medical care, they give me unconditional love. Without love, I am nothing.

I am eclectic in my life philosophy and spirituality. I love, honor and respect diversity, and I believe what works for you is what's best for you. I prefer life affirming all inclusive beliefs, and I reserve the right to change my mind as I learn and grow. I dislike those who try to control others, and I have often rebelled against those who have tried to control me. This is my weakness (non-conformity). Yet, I also understand that we need a certain amount of control to maintain order. We have to work towards balance in all the things that we do, and I have learned that my work and relationships with others, no matter what happens between us, is the key to my own personal growth and spiritual unfoldment.

I am usually quiet, yet I can also be very talkative. If I get to know you well enough to trust you, I may share some of my inner-self with you. You will find that I can be loving, but when necessary, I can be like a mama wolf guarding her pups. I'll growl, arch my back, and show my teeth, but you will find that my bark is worse than my bite. If I love you, I will walk through fire for you. If you betray me, I am forgiving. We live and learn. Without you I am nothing.

If you like art, music, philosophy, and humanities, you will probably like my designs. All of my designs are graphic intense and philosophically rich. I am a deep thinker and I love beauty. As in other areas of my life experience, I have been praised and criticized for my design efforts, and I'll be honest I like the praise much more than the criticism, yet I need "constructive" criticism in order to improve. Without you, I am nothing.
