The Grand E.B.
A Huge Success!

After 3 weeks of planning, arguing, and debating. The 1st ever HCP eb finally made history last June 23, 2001! And this one is really for the books! The E.B. was a huge success and it was joined by some of the "big time" guys of the internet community. Jaywalker, (head of the kotse.com site) and Brent (of autoindustriya .com) both graced the eb and jaywalker even gave the club members free kotse.com "jack in the car" stickers! Even with the weather being unstable and giving the club the scare of a big rain shower, the day remained calm and perfect and provided the club with the perfect tone and setting for the E.B.

Among the attendees were the representatives of "Honda Cars Philippines" which made everything even more special! With them being there, it is a great sign that HCP just might get the "nod" of Honda Cars Philippines to be its formal club for the country.

Over 25+ members gathered from 4 pm to 7 pm! Club members joined and banded together while enjoying the view of each others car setup and modifications. From the 25 members, 2 are doctors, 2 more "future" doctors, 1 vice mayor of a certain province, and others which is a mixed class of people, some being businessmen's and some being students.

The E.B. was wrapped up at around 7:30 pm. Some needed to go because of other commitments while some simply needed to go because of their "other partner" in life. (Mga Takusa!) Around 4 members stayed and went to a nearby bar to end the night with a few more round of beers and a hefty dinner!
