The three steps of network isotemporal analysis
Step 1. Classifying nodes into groups based on their temporal histories,
              i.e., generate the isotemporal groups of nodes.
  
 Step 2. Analyzing the association patterns of the isotemporal groups.

 Step 3, Convert the association patterns into distance matrix and use
               tree-construction method to infer the global architecture of the
               network.
