Bitter about the past, Dr. Wolf Gangrene,
MD is bent on world domination. To accomplish this he has taken up
residence in a secret location on the mysterious Shackle Island,
where he also has established a broadcast station and underground
laboratory. His plan is twofold: By inflicting the world with bad
movies he hopes to dumb them down to the point where they are more
susceptible to his mad schemes; and two, by barraging the public
with a constant stream of horror he hopes they'll grow accustomed to
the undead, so monsters will become accepted and his business can
thrive once again, like in the good old days back in Transylvania!
