Cloud paced back and forth, wondering where Vincent was. The guy just borrowed his Ultima materia, and left. He had been gone for two days, WITH Clouds materia.

" Don't worry Cloud, how long could the guy stay out?" Barret said, finishing off his last drink. " Man, with Tifa out at Icicle Inn for the week, I can have all the drinks I want, with no hassle! Hic!"

Cloud began to wonder, " Maybe Vincent got into trouble, the guy doesn't always leave like this." He banged the table. " Damnit! Where is he?!"

Cid and Cait Sith walked into the bar. " No Vince, yet huh?" Cid said grabbing a beer. " No, not yet." Cloud responded, thinking he saw someone outside. " Hey where's Red? I thought he was with you guys." Cloud said, his mind elsewhere.

" Ohh, he said he wanted to do something and ran off. Yuffie followed him too, she figured there may be some materia where he was going or something." Cid said.

" Oh." Cloud said, sure he saw someone outside this time.

" Step outside Cloud." A voice said.

" What!? Who said that??" Cloud asked alarmed. " What are you talking about?" Cait Sith asked.

" Step outside, puppet." The voice called out again.

" Sephiroth??!!" Cloud called out, alarmed!

Sephiroth appeared in front of them all. " Holy jesus!" Cid said reaching for his spear. " Come with me puppet. Come help me destroy the world." Sephiroth said, as he faded away.

Cloud stood up, took his sword and headed for the door. " Cloud wait! You cant fight him alone!" Barret said running in front of Cloud

" Fight Sephiroth? I dont want to do that. I want to fight... YOU!" He murmmered swing his sword at Barret, and running out into the darkness.

Cid stood up looking out into the darkness. " Oh Crap."
