MiG-23


MiG-23 This MiG 23 is seen carrying 57 mm unguided rocket pods. Each pod contains 16 rockets which can be launched in pairs or as a whole bunch. Rockets such as these contain high-explosive, armour piercing or incendiary warheads and can be used with devastating effect against tanks.









The MiG-23 on the right is firing a ripple of 57 mm rockets at an unseen target waiting to be pulverised.
