Gate! This is where you will set up your personal ad to be posted by Moe for ALL THE WORLD TO SEE!!
Let's go over a little more information before you begin.
When you finish filling in the form below, you will be sending the form directly to Vee Tac, who will forward
the form to Moe. Moe, then, will post your ad, as is, within a few days. Your E-mail addy WILL NOT BE POSTED.
When someone responds to your ad, the response will also go to Moe (via Vee Tac) and Moe will then forward the response to you
via your E-mail. At that time, you will have to decide if you want to respond or not, as the responder's addy will be included
in the message forwarded to you by Moe. If you, for some reason, choose not to respond, the relationship ends there
and you have no obligation, and no one but Vee has your E-mail addy.

Anyone may respond to an ad, but only healthcare professionals may place an ad. We'll take you on your
