Views on Sara Pezzini:
"Sara is my version of the perfect woman. She is strong and athletic yet feminine
and vulnerable. Her eyes show inner fortitude and confidence but also innocence and fear." -
Michael Turner (Witchblade Penciler and Co-Creator) "Sara knows deep inside she has a dark side that enjoys the thrill of the hunt. As a
cop, Sara has an affinity for boldly going into a dangerous scenario appearing as both the target
and the aggressor. She's quick, agile, daring and usually has nerves of steel." - Witchblade Card
Set #80 "Sara Pezzini is a well-trained policewoman and has a high work ethic. She is almost
always a defensive fighter--never provoking or careless. She will never shoot someone in the
back or enjoy having to take another's life. She would definitely hesitate to hurt women or
children but will take them down if they endanger other lives." - Witchblade Card Set
#73 "Sara Pezzini takes action where others would give up. Sure it's hard, but that's what
makes her so strong. She has every opportunity to simply quit and lead an 'easy' life, but she
prefers to help others while trying to figure out the world's mysteries. Irons and Nottingham are
among those mysteries." - Witchblade Card Set #11 "One of the greatest aspects of Witchblade is that this book truly is a team effort. The
writing, the penciling, the inking, the coloring and the lettering are all blended together, and that
synergy is the key to Witchblade's success." - David Wohl (Witchblade Co-Writer and Co-
Creator) |
