The Spirit Of an Angel Award was created to honor sites which are about or offer assistance to Special Needs Children.

The winners will recieve an award and have their site listed here.

The rules are relatively simple.
To apply, your site:

Must have content relating to a specific disease or disorder, or a special needs child.

Must be free of all broken images and dead links.

Must have some form of information and content. Site cannot be merely a listing of links.

Must be free of profanity, pornography and any other adult material.

Should be regularly updated. At least once a month.
