"Hear The Flashback Radio, Some of you may wander, what s the point of all that chaos that you may see on this website or hear on air. Right now I think I need to bring some enlightenment into the conception of this show, so sit back and try to understand what I m talking about. First of all, we re not doing it for money. HOUSE OF NOIZZ could be counted as an example of non-commercial radio, the voice of Heavy Metal (or musical in general) resistance or just a party, where all of you are more than welcome, but we re not doing it for money. We re doing it for the most unfair and confusing thing in the world - for the IDEAL. In June 1815 Napoleon troops were defeated by the English and the Prussian allied forces in the battle of Waterloo. The part of the French army fled or surrendered, the other part fell in battle. Only a small group of soldiers - the emperor s guards - remained on the field. Deadly tired, most of them seriously wounded, they stood there with raised banners, surrounded by the enemy. Under the barrels of cannons and guns allies offered the French to surrender, promising medical help, food and shelter. Silence was the answer. None of them has put the weapon down. The entire group of surrounded, wounded, exhausted men was slaughtered. Every single one of them. Why? What prevented the Napoleon guards from surrendering and saving their lives? The IDEAL. Looks like a corner-stone of the history. The mighty IDEAL. Even seeing that the battle is lost and there is no use in continuing the fight, French soldiers preferred death to disgrace. Because there was no other way for them. Being the elite force of the emperor himself they could not think of betraying the ideal of the elite warrior. The IDEAL is the reason we re here. I often use to say that we bring the new sound to this country, new bands, the new hmm sort of broadcasting, if you like. I believe it is so. But besides all that, we stand for the IDEAL of Heavy Metal and Rock music in general. For what cannot be bought or sold, or be measured by fashion and the number of sold CDs. For the power of Rock, in other words. For the freedom to choose our own music, for the freedom of speech that is so often refused to most of us. For the freedom not to be dictated what to do, what to wear, what to listen to! Not to be as others! In the world, populated by all kinds of "alternative" bands and self-made pop-stars WE (me and you) ARE THE ALTERNATIVE! The resistance to the total blindness, stupidity and indifference. That s why we are here. We did not come in peace, but to bring war and destruction to the modern entertaining industry. We come to show them that we still exist and though they got the numbers today - WE GOT THE GUNS. WE ARE the elite forces of music. The guards of the greatest emperor of all times - Heavy Metal.
