Fixed the bug that house robbers have been exploiting in the game. The first being that the teleport map being up would prevent them from being teleported or evicted. This now closes and they leave instantly.

The second part being that they would follow a player to they alt-characters house and follow them in there knowing that they can not evict. And since with the new GDI limitations very players can run 2 accounts at once, the password door now teleports you inside the house. It does not open. You can open it from the inside to let others in.

Beware: that you have to open the door to get out or teleport out.

Your accounts are being suspended for taking exploitation of a bug. It will last for 3 weeks during which the bug will be fixed.

My thoughts on all of this:

Hey guys, this has been a crazy month and it looks like it's finally over. I've been on realm (I won't say the character's name that I'm using, since last time I did that the account I used was suspended.) and it's really been "fixed". I was suspended until August 6th, 2001 for exploiting "bugs" in the game. I never used the evict bug (mentioned above in Bryan's what's new message) because I wanted to "play fair" and using the evict bug would defeat the whole challenge. Plus, I didn't think it was worth risking my account for. I will, however, plead guilty to the second charge. I went to houses that didn't belong to me and walked through the open doors. Exploiting a bug? Suspendable offense? Call me crazy, but I just don't see it.

I just had to get that out there and let you guys in on what's been going on. I can honestly say that I'm not upset about houserobbing being no more. I've been doing this for 2 years and I've been able to share 5 months of my experiences with you all through this site. I've had my time, I made my mark, and it was a blast. With the guide baldric, and now the update, I can at least say I went out with a bang. I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did. :)

I'm going to try to answer any questions you may have now. I'm not going to quit realm. When I'm unsuspended, I will go back to playing Chaundra and/or HR. I'm not going to take down the site, I'm going to leave it up until I decide whether I'm going to try do other things with it or not. Such as, have the morons section be my main focus now, as Scot suggested in the flamebook. Also, some of you may be wondering how the flamebook saga between LadyDestiny (my wife on realm, as Chaundra) and myself ended. We talked, and after we both got through explaining and apologizing to one another, (we stayed up late - we both had to work early in the morning) we picked up where we left off and it was like old times. I hate to get mushy on you guys, but regardless of whether you love me or you hate me, I wish that you all find a true friend that you can feel at one with and feel blessed just by being in their presence.

Added a post to the guestbook:

We are not leaving the Realm. We are simply suspended for 3 weeks. Chaundra has started a new job irl, so she won't be on as much as she used to anyway. But we do have other accounts and you will see us from time to time.
BTW, If we post in the guestbook it will be verified in the updates section, so you will know that it was actually our post.
