Sellers, for their part, claim that the "Buyer pays actual shipping charges," exactly what the post office or UPS charges, and then charge in excess of that, adding the price of a box, packing material, and handling fees.

So you must be carefull and before bidding think about delivery charges. Laptop is big item and you need also to consider about Taxation. I my self saw that sometime when you combine these all elements the product become very expensive.

So make sure that you have bidded after knowing all shipment charges, taxation and all other compulsory expenses.

Better after adding all these values and make a price, than compare it to local market. You will know exactly how good or bad deal you are doing.
