You don't need to buy new software, if laptop is pre bundaled with it.

Check specially for operating system and Office packages, they are very important and are value added things.

Don't pay more attention to other software, of course they have values, but depend on you. If they are usefull for you and you are using them than they have values, but if you don't use them, but they are available on hard disk, assume them useless. Because you don't use them so no value for you.
