I regard Hsin-Yi Chou as one of my outstanding students. Hsin-Yi came to the United States from Taiwan in 1999. She started graduated school in Landscape Architecture program at University of Colorado at Denver. After three semesters, she transferred to the Urban and Regional Planning program and received her M. U. R. P. degree in December 2001.

I was her adviser when she was in Urban and Regional Planning program. I suggested to Hsin-Yi that she took urban design as her concentration. She accepted my advice and was an outstanding student in Composition Studio. As her professor in Planning Studio II, I found Hsin-Yi to be an engaging personality and an outstanding team player. I am very impressed by her design skills and her graphic and presentation skills.

Hsin-Yi is an aggressive and organized person. I believe she would be a benefit to your firm. I recommend her without reservation and would be delighted to furnish any additional information if needed.
