I was asked to verify the status of this cache by another cacher as I had found it previously. This location had been damaged by the storms and the cache is definitely missing. I would be willing to adopt and perform maintenence if needed.

Three of us looked, but couldn't find. Have e-mailed Techie to inquire whether this cache is still active, but have received no reply. No finds for several months makes me suspicious that this cache is history. An update would be appreciated.
