Two stage multi cache. First stage is a magnetic key holder. Final
stage is a medium/large container. |
On February 21, 2005 Dudeface asked GeoBear18 to marry him.
She said Yes!!!!!!!
This cache celebrates a momentous event.
The coordinates of stage one is at the exact location that the
proposal took place. Looking to the west into the setting sun you
will see South Florida at its finest and understand why this place
is special to us. Also looking west, but much closer, you will see
the spot where the first stage is sticking it out.
The full proposal story and the other getting hitched details can
be found at our web site: http://www.matt-and-sara.com
The coords to stage two will lead you to the location of our future
love nest. This is a residential neighborhood so please be kind to
the muggles. The container was placed with permission of the owner,
is more then six feet from the fense, and the dogs are the
otherside are mostly harmless.
The cache is full of lots of goodies including a bunch of our "Save
the Date" cards and other love/wedding related items. Everyone who
visits the cache is invited to the wedding.
WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!!!
Mark your calendars, the big date is August 6th of this year.
P.S. The wedding went off without a hitch. On
August 6th 2005 at roughly 11am Geobear said yes to Dudeface again,
this time in a white dress and in front of church full of friends.
Thanks to all our geo-friends who attended. I doubt there would
still be a Geobear and Dudeface without you. ;)

Bug Drop ~~~~~~~~ What better place for a TB named "Love" than in a cache named "She said yes"?

[YES, Team CaneDNR finally got to the final stage, but not without being spotted by the neighbor with the blue tarp on his roof. And we were about to sign the log, when the home owner & his son came out to see if we were muggling or finding the extra large cache container. We exchanged geocaching stories, talking about his favorite daughter & son-n-law and had a great time talking about Rixart's tricky caches in Miami & GA! Took some photos at stage 2, will post later. Second of three solo finds today. Nice placement of the micro first stage -- I can't imagine it ever getting muggled!! Found the second stage pretty quickly. What a great loot in that cache! I couldn't decide what to take! Finally decided on the green squishy ball and the Swiper (Dora) figurine for my 2 year-old daughter, KickingAllie, and the Knight of the Living Dead game piece for the 'Let The Games Begin' cache for me. Left an Oklahoma geocoin, a white sportscar, a baseball pinball game, and a red bottle of bubbles. Thanks for the cache!! (Cache find #316).

Returned "Let the Games Begin" game piece. I've been unwittingly holding it hostage since I cleaned out the cache back in the spring. Sorry about the delay guys. Come and get it.

Wonderfull romantic Multi-Cache. One note however we have a very good WAAS enabled GPS and it consistantly had us about 50 feet east of the first cache. We still found both however.
