This is a themed cache for scrapbooking. We've brought this down from Melbourne where it was "Snappy Scrappy Swap". Feel free to log this again if you have logged it already in Melbourne.

Scrapbooking is a popular hobby, especially among women. Using photos, trinkets, stickers and a variety of other things, it's a way to record events in people's lives. In this cache are ribbons, an alterted cd, funky scissors, stickers, glitter and other scrapbooking paraphenalia. Feel free to take an item and replace with with scrapbooking or non-scrapbooking related items. We know not everyone is into the hobby, but themed caches are fun sometimes!

The cache is located in a small park in southwest Miami. If you see a small piece of rebar with a metal tag you will know you are close to the cache.

Nice, native area. Love the oolitic limestone outcrops and slash pines. My favorite cache area so far.

Cache container a little moist on the inside. Log is dry, though. Dried it and resealed the container as best I could.

Great park but a little wet during our visit. We arrived a few moments before a summer shower rolled in and we were all slowly soaked. We had fun anyway and were really glad for the find. Thanks for the fun. Wish it hadn't rained because then we would have brought our camera and caught a picture of the park wildlife. On the way back to the cachemobile we saw a small, about 3-feet long, snake near the backetball court sunning itself on the path ahead of us. I caught it quickly and let the trips pet it and look it over before we released it back into the brush. Wish we'd had the camera. Great park. Thanks for the fun.
