Here is another photo submitted by Gary A. Lampman.  It is a picture of a New London, Ohio, snow storm, 1913.  On the back of the postcard is written the following, in part. "I am in New London.  This picture on the card is the snow storm we had.  This is down by the livery barn and that restaurant that was on the corner.  It was a dreadful storm."
