Drunken Pirates
One of the oldest and largest Homeworld clans, the Drunken Pirates are also one of the most venerable. With members like Ghent, Medamanx, Teelan and many more, they are one of the top clans in modding, and many of the game's twists and turns were discovered by them.

The Old Men Online is another well-known clan.

Misc. Sites

Arioch's Homeworld Shipyards
This is a truly inspired site, giving fine and accurate details about all the ships in Homeworld and Cataclysm. Visit it and it's guaranteed that you'll be back again before long. This site received a special mention in Homeworld: Cataclysm's credits.

LlamaWorld
This is BPLlama's site, featuring all the maps you'll ever need, plus reviews and descriptions of each.

The Map Makers Archive
This site, run by none other than Dylov himself, contains every map ever made, plus it has a full archive of map-making articles to help out if your custom map is giving you trouble.

News Sites

Homeowrld Universe
This site has had many a name change over the years, from Homeworld X to today's Homeworld Universe. In my opinion this is the best-looking Homeworld site out there, it also has everything you'll need. Created and maintained by 1_Alpha (aka Alpha_1),

Relic News
The first site dedicated entirely to the Homeworld phenomenon, Relic News was established in 1998 as Homeworld.org. The site's creators, Pax, PenPen, Pike and ÜberJumper, were some of Homeworld's first beta testers. However, the site's name was later changed to Relic News to represent what it was actually about - Relic, not just Homeworld. Relic News remains one of the best sites for info about Relic's games, as well as the Homeworld community at large, mainly because of their close connections to Relic (they usually get the scoop before anyone else does). They're even mentioned in both Homeworld's and Cataclysm's credits, and Relic chose them to host the Relic Forums.
