I was raped 3 years ago when I was 15, but I had a strong, supportive network of family, friends, and counselors, which has helped me recover tremendously. One of my best friends just told me tonight that she was raped last night and to be quite truthful, I have blocked out so much of my experience that I didn't quite know what to say. Searching for rape victim sites led me here and I hope that I can be as upportive to her as my family and friends were to me.
