Interview with The Brockton Blockbuster!

E: Marciano Thank you for being here and im horned to talk to you.

 

RM: Thank you for having me

E: A lot of critics claim you fought people who was out of there prime, and you fought nobody's, and you fought in a bad era in boxing. what do you have to say to people who make those comments about you rock?

RM: Well first off I think people have a right to there opinion, second have people just though of it as this, that my boxing skills was so much better then the other boxer that it made it look like a weak era?

E: Good point rock. Im not going to hide around the bush I don't think you can do well against fighters like, Holmes, Lennox Lewis, George Foreman,Ali people among those nature, and im not the only one who thinks that way.

RM: People look at say he is 5'11 185, its no way he can beat Ali, or foreman, ect. But I have great skills and I come in every fight well trained and conditioned. I never take anyone lightly, and I believe in myself most of all.

E: It's been rumored you are going to fight Louis ( Joe Louis) what do you have to say about that?

RM: If I fight him I will do what I did the first time, I am going to train hard, study some film, and fight! Film is something we didn't have back in the 50;s (laughing)

E: Laughing, Rock its been a pleasure talking to you and I think your going to be just fine! 

RM: Pleasure all mine.

E: Rocky wait opps almost forgot, 2 quick questions? First where do you see your self after the tournament, And what do you think about the 42 fighters in the IBC?

RM: I don't really like to prejudge fights but I think I will be where i want to be. And for the second question, I think the commissioner did a great job of bringing great fighter from all era's He even got some bare knuckle fighters in here! So I am very happy with this group of fighters.
