Rules of the IBC!
1. All the fight
are simulated using The one and only title-bout 2001 (soon
it will be simulated using title-bout champions)
2. Computer
selects most strategy's for the fighters (sometimes I might
do it too! Just cant resist the temptation)
3. All of the
fights are 15 rounds ( unless the promotion company agree on
a different round!)
4. Fighters
condition is not checked! They come in however they want!
5. All fights
take place in Las Vegas, No specific building, but it will
be in Las Vegas.
6. Referee: Is
Richard Steele.
7. Judges:
William Connelly, Joe Cortez, and Kazumasa Kuwata.
8. No bias is
set for judges, except in the case of defending champions,
who receive the "defending champion" bias.
9.Rankings are
in accordance with TF2001 computer rankings.
10. The Ibc
champion will be determine through a 12 round tournament to
determine the top 20 ranked heavyweights, then all other
fights will be eliminators till we have the IBC Champion of
the world.
11. Once the
champion win the belt he will face the # 4 ranked contender
then if he retain his title, His promotion company will then
pick his next 2 fights, then it will be a will be a 1 round
tournament of the top10 contender to determine the 1# ranked
Challenger. He will continue to defend the title in this
manner.
12. There is 4
promotions company's "True champions" is the
Number one promotion company in the world! The number two
ranked is "For real fights"! number three owned by
none other then me! And its name is "E's
Promotions"! The last and least promotion company is
" Underdog promotions" More could come don't know
right now.
13 After the
champion has been decided the promotion companies will pick
10 fighters each! "True Champions" Pick the first
fighter, then The number 2,3,4 ranked promotions will pick
there firs fighter's and this will go on to to each
promotion has 10 fighters. (like a nfl draft)
14. After
serving 4 fights with your promotion company the fighter has
the choice of leaving.
15. If a fight
end in Dq, the commissioner will evaluate the situation and
then see if further action is needed! If a fight is ended In
a draw during the tournament there will be a immediate
rematch, But if it is after the tournament the commissioner
will evaluate the situation and decide weather a rematch is
necessary! If he does decides it is necessary
and the champion refuses to fight the rematch, the fighter
can appeal, if the appeal is denied he will fight or be
STRIPED! If it is a draw on his first Title defense it is no
discussion he will fight the REMATCH or be SUSPENDED For 4
fights!
16. I will sit
down and evaluate and see if there is anymore rules for now
