· Accompanying Person: Rs.250 (Accompanying persons will not be provided with conference material.

Payment received after October 10, 2004:
· National Delegate Rs.600
· Student Delegate: Rs.350 

· Accompanying Person: Rs.300 

Registration fees should be submitted as a Demand Draft from any National bank favouring "The Organising Secretary, International Victimology Conference" payable at Tirunelveli.

Registration fee includes:
· Participation in the full conference programme

· All receptions as mentioned in the programme 

Note: Registration fee does not include accommodation charges. 

Please use the official form when registering for the conference. Registrations will be handled on a "first-come - first served" basis. Each participant should use a separate form.

Payment and confirmation:
All payments should be paid in advance. After receipt of your registration form and payments, you will receive a letter of confirmation. We kindly ask you to read the confirmation letter carefully and check that all details are according to your registration form.

 Cancellation and refund policy:

Registration fees for the conference will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
