1q. Happy Men are free men (Ayn Rand - FountainHead). The men who really are happy are the ones who've control over themselves & more importantly over their emotions. They don't reject society completely, but also don't follow it blindly. Just like you select good stuff from the market, these men also select good things from the society. Whatever bad they see in the society, they don't reject it. They keep it in the back of their mind & it helps them to be cautious in this society.

To be Efficient in one's Work , we've to first know the work . That is, we've
to gather information about the work & use this information profitably.
The
process of gathering information is called Studying. And the process of applying
this information is called Thinking. These two processes are controlled by
our Mind.
