are the advantages of taking one's responsibility for our part in any event:
(i). Since we'll take responsibility of our actions, the concerned
people will know that we won't be playing the blame-game. They'll appreciate
our forthrightness & it'll also project us as a trustworthy person since,
in the event of things turning adverse, we'll not blame anyone for our mistakes.
(ii). By seeing us owning responsibility, people themselves will
be encouraged to take responsibility for their actions. They'll know that
it's better to take blame for one's own action then to play the dirty blame-game
(mud-slinging).
(iii). As you take responsibility, you'll become more strong in
character & you'll definitely feel good & proud about yourself ; instead
of feeling bad/guilty for blaming someone else for your mistake cause; as
we all know, we can run/hide from others but not from self.
