Our holy icons are painted following the rules of the Orthodoxy according to which everything is transfered and reorganized abandoning death and highlighting eternity, spirituality and holiness. The objects are shaped, the space is altered and gets bright and praised, the prospective of the natural background is lost and the so called reversed prospective is created. The Saint seems to transcend the holy icon communing with the believer. The light does not follow the natural laws and gets free. The holy-figures shine with an internal light. Time gets eternal. All these rules of the Orthodox, Byzantine holy icons and many more compose an expressive harmony creating the feeling of the superior.
