Icy Bay Community School is a one-room schoolhouse located in an extremely remote location in Southeast Alaska. There are no roads connecting Icy Bay to any other community, so everything must be flown in.

The community consists of working-class families and is timber based. There are approximately 75 residents of Icy Bay. The primary employers are Ben Thomas Logging and Browning Timber.

The school is a single teacher site with all grades, K-12, being offered.

Icy Bay School is part of the Yakutat School District.
