Directors---
The Board of
Directors (BOD) is currently
composed of seven (7) men and
women, two (2) professional's (3)
trade union leaders and (1)
church person and one (1)
community leader. There is a
Chairman, Vice-Chairman,
Secretary, Treasurer, and Board
Members. The BOD the highest
policy-making body.
Project
Management---
The management
team shall be composed and headed
by the Chairman of the BOD, the
Program Director, the staff and a
cashier. The project management
team shall be responsible for the
whole implementation of the
project. They shall ensure the
objectives of the project in
planning and implementation of
its activities. It is also
responsible in coordinating and
in preparing the terminal report
with the partner-funding agency.
Staffing---
IDES has
competent, confident, and
committed staff that effectively
responds to the over-growing
needs of the workers for
conscientization and
self-organization even during the
most deteriorated economic and
political conditions of the
country. Throughout IDES' initial
stage of formation to the
present, its staff has undergone
many personal sacrifices, have
shown perseverance and confidence
in the performance of their tasks
and dedication to the goals of
servicing the workers.
