Training Program (LFDTP) aims to
enhance the capability of trade union
leaders in the development and
management of their organizations
thereby putting them into a vantage
position for the workers' collective
effort in their struggle for their

Paralegal Training ---
The project seeks to
empower the unions and the workers in
the field of industrial and labor
relations. It hopes to train and
develop a pool of Paralegal's from
among the ranks of the workers.
Primarily, the pool shall specialize
in labor relations laws and other
related legislation's and will cater
to the legal needs of the workers -
organized and unorganized
establishments - from wanton
dismissal, retrenchment and other
forms of deceptive labor flexibility
