| 2 Tbs. Oregano | 1 canned Plum tomato |
| 3 Cloves Garlic | 2 TBS Olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp. Honey | Cooked Pasta |
| 1. Sauté garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat. |
| 2. Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. |
| 3. Let it simmer until sauce is thick. |
| 4. Serve on top of pasta. |
| 5. Add honey to reduce acidity. |
| Time to Prepare 30 minutes |
| Very good Italian sauce |
| 1. Fill pot with water, bring to boil; add salt & pasta. |
| 2. In large pan warm oil until hot. |
| 3. Add onion for 5 minutes, add peppers, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, lemon pepper, red pepper & salt; cook 5 minutes more. |
| 4. Add 1/2-2 cups hot water from pasta pot & the bullion cube; simmer; stir. |
| 5. Drain pasta & transfer to large bowl. |
| 6. Add sauce & toss to combine. |
| 7. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese nd crusty Italian bread. |
